Mississauga Community Church has two full time pastors, otherwise known as officers, who are appointed to our church by The Salvation Army. They each bring a unique and valuable skill set and gift mix, and they each lead a specific area of our ministry here at MCC.

Our Senior Leadership Team
The Senior Leadership Team, made up of pastors, employees and volunteers, is responsible for the program and function of our church. They oversee congregational and community ministries as well as the operational matters of running a multi-site church.

As MCC's Administrative Coordinator, Jennifer Olmstead plays a key role in keeping daily operations running smoothly. With a keen eye for detail and a commitment to organization, she provides essential support across the team, ensuring that our church's needs are managed with efficiency and care. Jennifer is the go-to contact for scheduling, inquiries, and general administrative support, helping to create a seamless experience for our church!

Meet our Cadet Intern!
This year MCC has become a training church and we are delighted to welcome Cadet Sandra Herrera to our ministry Team. Sandra will participate in mission and ministry at our church over the next two years as she develops both experience and leadership skills for her future ministry.
